Student Admission Cancellation and Refund Rules

students who are raising refund request in this period are eligible for 50 % of refund. 

50 % fees will be deducted for below component :-
1. Teachers salary
2. Class Video recordings

request received AFTER 1 MONTH

Fees will not be refunded under any circumstances

***Student chooses to withdraw from the program of study

Refund request to be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of original supporting documents.

Refund request to be processed after student will submit the supporting documents which has been asked by the Institute at the time of admission (1 passport size photo, 10th class marksheet, PG/UG marketsheet/AADHAAR Card and PAN card copy on admission@hicm.in)

Please be informed that after your enrollment will cancel , students are not eligible to take the placement leads and apply through HICM Institute reference. No Course Completion Certification will be issued from HICM Institute side or from Internship company as well.
