What is the roles and reposibilities of Equity Dealer ?
Equity dealers buy, sell and give advice on investment and financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, commodities and mutual funds. They research the companies producing these investments and make recommendations to their clients, which can consist of individuals, money managers, pension funds, government agencies or corporations. They typically work long hours under highly stressful conditions because they deal with fast-changing conditions and transactions worth up to millions of dollars. Some contend with 24-hour financial conditions if they focus on international investments. Most use computers to conduct their trades.
